If your issue remains unresolved, raise a formal ticket via our Help Center with your order ID and concern summary.

Step 3: Escalate to Senior Resolution Desk

Still no resolution? Forward your ticket number to grievance@castleguruecom.in. Our senior desk will respond within 48 working hours.

Step 4: Legal / Regulatory Communication

As a last step, you may contact us via registered post at our legal office address. All such communications are reviewed within 10 business days.
